Help Center

Find quick help for Wavo voice games, online discovery, live matching, messages, purchases, and safety controls.

Start using Wavo

Use these steps when you first open Wavo.

  • Open Online Girls to browse people who appear active.
  • Use Play or Solo if you want to try a voice game before meeting someone.
  • Move into Duo only when you want a live shared game or match flow.

Voice games and matching

Wavo is built around light game prompts before a conversation gets too direct.

  • Solo mode lets you practice a game without another person.
  • Duo mode is for live game sessions with another user.
  • Rankings show game results and help you compare recent runs.

Messages, calls, and profiles

Some features depend on account status, availability, and safety checks.

  • If a message does not send, check your network and account state.
  • If a call fails, allow microphone and camera permissions in the browser.
  • If a profile looks unavailable, the user may be offline or restricted.

Safety and privacy

Keep control of every interaction.

  • Skip a match when the conversation does not feel right.
  • Use block or report tools for abusive, suspicious, or unsafe behavior.
  • Do not share private contact details, passwords, payment data, or verification codes.
